Tub leak in Master Bath

Large soaker tubs are great, but not when they leak!  This Weston homeowner realized this when his soaker tub leaked through out the master bathroom.

We arrived and removed the damaged materials from the area.  We also made sure to strategically place a piece of drying equipment in such a way that will ensure the drying under the tub.  Getting this hard to reach area dry is of the utmost importance.  If the moisture was left there it would create an environment in which mold will grow. We want to prevent secondary damage like mold, not foster its growth.
